The Establishment of Yahshigul Guesthouse. In 2009, GIO “the German international organization” began operating in Forish District. Over three years, they provided training in tourism services and organized English language courses. Family guesthouse members were trained, and the organization helped promote the guesthouses to local and international tour operators.
